2019 has been a busy year for Plantspiration! Hundreds of dedicated hours have inspired countless people from local communities and from around the world to transition to a whole food plant based diet and vegan lifestyle. We have motivated families, friends, coworkers, and neighbors to eliminate problematic animal protein and transition to plants. Hundreds of pounds and inches have been lost and have stayed off from the power of plants! More people than ever have gone vegan for their health, for the animals, and for the environment.
By educating, motivating, and inspiring people worldwide to adopt at a whole food plant based diet, it has helped them reduce symptoms, and to reduce and/or remove medications for Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, High Triglycerides, Acid Reflux, Acne, Arthritis, Autoimmune deficiencies. Anxiety, Asthma, Autism, Achy Joints, Depression, Diabetes, Chronic Pain, Menstrual Irregularity, Obesity, PMS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Digestion, Constipation, and Migraines.
Additionally, Plantspiration has aided people worldwide who were suffering and have now reversed their diseased conditions, and chronic illnesses such as: Asthma, Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure/ Hypertension, Diverticulitis, Acne, Autoimmune, and helped reverse an HPV diagnosis.
