During January of 2013, my family and I transitioned to a whole food, plant-based diet. Since then, we have lost over 250lbs and kept it off effortlessly! As a family of five we have lost weight, reversed diseases, and become physically active. Before transitioning, we would have never thought this was possible. The best part is we still get to eat all the favorite flavors, foods, and cuisines we loved and desired before, we just use new ingredients! I am glad you are here to join the plant-based movement!
