Come Yoga with Laura & Stefanie
Laura Black has been practicing yoga for the past five years. Although this is her first year teaching yoga, she is not new to teaching. Laura has been teaching college English classes for eleven years. Her love of a creative mind and finding new ways to express herself and relieve her anxiety led her to practice yoga. Her passion for teaching others what she’s learned brought her to pursue teaching yoga.
Laura’s calm demeanor and nurturing attention to others allow for a relaxed environment during her yoga classes. She encourages every student to do what they can, relax, and enjoy the experience. Her intention for every class is for each student to find a way to connect yoga with their body, mind, soul, and breath. Overall, she hopes students will find yoga is one way to practice self-love.
